BOR seeks to have journalist remove published records

Government watchdog David Schick has been shinning the light on the Georgia Board of Regents and still awaits a court ruling in his open records trial against the BOR.

In an unbelievable twist, the BOR has filed a motion asking the court to force Schick to  remove already published material from his blog because there were four pages of documents they alleged were “inadvertently disclosed” and allegedly “were exempt pursuant to the presidential search exemption” of the Georgia Open Records Act.
